From the designer Claudia to the installers Manuel and his assistant (I unfortunately did not get his name), this company is a true class act. The design/concept was first presented to us a few weeks ago, and in such great detail that we really understood what we would be getting, and today they installed our 25 foot wide shelving system with 2 desks and 3 floating bookcases above it. The designer, Amy Farrell, did another superb, brilliant job designing exactly what we needed and wanted with her usual amazing skills to maximize every inch of available storage in a functional and aesthetically pleasing way. George and Jose did an incredible job installing and did so with wonderful craftsmanship and skill. When our flooring company insisted the study bookshelves had to be installed before the flooring was done, George and Jose even returned and installed the baseboard we needed after the flooring was done (something the flooring company insisted on). They worked hard, and tirelessly, and when the study bookshelves needed additional height, George and Jose worked additional hours and completed both the study and pantry in one day -something we were so grateful for. They did another incredible job yesterday installing our garage cabinets -- all in one day -- and they look absolutely fantastic. Skilled, efficient, excellent work by George and Jose. Please commend George and Jose for their outstanding work. It was a pleasure having such friendly, skilled, wonderful workers install such great storage that will be both beautiful and functional for years to come. Bill Purvis was our rep., and he was always patient and quick to reply to my many questions. The installers did great. Here's why I went with them: on the morning of the install, the team noticed several blemishes on 4 of the doors so it wouldn't be completed that same day. They setup an appointment the following week and arrived on time to finish the job. No one tried to pass off defective parts and no one demanded payment before the job was complete to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this company! read less

Lisa C. was my designer whom my brother-in-law, a contractor, referred to me.... read moreI just had my master bed walk-in closet and a guest walk-in closet done by Cabinets Plus. Lisa C. was my designer whom my brother-in-law, a contractor, referred to me. She was easy to book an appointment with to come to my house to take measurements and discuss the particular features I wanted in each of the closets, and gave me her recommendations on other features and how to organize the space. Then she came up with a design and price quote within days. I requested to go into the showroom to get a better idea of what some things look like and ask questions, and she spent 2 full hours patiently going over everything with me.

I ended up putting this project on hold to prioritize other more important renovations in the house, and it was 5 months later until I decided to resume it. I went into the showroom to look at things again to refresh my memory and to finalize all the details, and again Lisa spent another 2 hours with me to make sure we covered everything.

A month later (a short time frame, considering everything had to be manufactured and the installation calendar they had hanging on a wall showed they were fully booked) , the installation began. It took 1.5 days to complete, and upon seeing the end result, I have nothing but praises for Cabinets Plus. Lisa's design, patience and thoroughness was great, the installation went smoothly, and the workmanship of the product was top-notch. Plus, the price was awesome - friends who've seen my new closets were surprised at the amount I spent on this project to get them to look this nice.

After purchasing a new home, we called... read moreMy husband and I are so happy with the service and custom closets we received from Bill Purvis and team of Cabinets Plus. After purchasing a new home, we called a few vendors that all had strong reviews. For the first one, we weren't too thrilled with the design and for another, they didn't have availability to even come measure our space until at least a month out. There are a number of things we really liked about Bill that made it easy to choose him as our closet designer: 1) prompt communication- he came out just days after my first call and was on time and respectful of covid guidelines 2) his design really listened to our needs. we told him we were on a budget since we just bought a home and had other remodeling to do and he was mindful of trying to save us money. for example, the pull out cabinets are obviously more pricey than open shelves and he recommended just doing mostly open shelves and buying organizers from target. he also suggested a standard 14 inch depth to save us money there. in the end, i did get a couple of cabinets though and they're beautiful. In the end, our design was functional, practical and we love that we have the ability to change our rods and shelves as our needs change in the future. 3) he was flexible with all our many changes. we must have driven him crazy with all our tweaks but he was always there to listen to our adjustments and make his own recommendations which we appreciated. he even returned our calls promptly on the weekend when we said it wasn't urgent!

In the end, Bill and his team provided us with closets and service that exceeded our expectations. their pricing was competitive and we are super happy with finally having our dream closets. thank you Bill and team!! read less

This is the second home where I have used cabinet plus! They are awesome! Quality work. They never disappoint!

They did a great job from communication to measurements and suggestions. We got garage cabinets installed and are getting a lot of compliments on them!

So happy with how our closets turned out. Guy was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire design process.
