She even followed up after the project was done. My whole family- uncle, mom, sister and cousins went with her. Awesome job! Highly recommend her. They installed all 5 of my closets in one day and did an amazing job! The price is was also very reasonable with all the upgrades I added on to my custom closets . Cabinets Plus installed three closets in my home and I would say that I am generally happy with the end result. We got quotes from three different companies and the reason we went with them is because they were by far the cheapest option. However I think in this case, you get what you pay for and our overall experience had a mix of pros and cons.

Audra arrived at our home for the consultation and I was initially very impressed. She had great suggestions for different ways to organize our closet and I appreciated her honesty as I didn't feel like she was trying to upsell us.

When it came to the designs, we received hand drawn pictures which made it difficult to actually visualize the cabinets and, in the end, looked a bit different than what I had envisioned. The other companies we quoted provided elaborate, digital diagrams that gave a very clear picture as to what the end result would look like. Not a huge deal, but again, you get what you pay for.

As for the installation, the contractors arrived on time and installed the closets quickly and efficiently. After they were done, however, the carpet in one of our closets was stained from the caulking and the sliding doors in our second closet were re-installed incorrectly and the tracks on the floor were broken. This was very disappointing since the contractors didn't say anything and we had only noticed after they left.

Finally, the contractors left extra shelves in two of our closets in case we wanted to adjust the way they had organized it. I initially appreciated this, however they did not leave enough shelf pins for us to actually use those extra shelves. I've followed up with them multiple times and they said they would mail them to me, but we are now over two months after the installation and I still haven't received them.

Overall, the end result looks good but there have been several frustrations along the way. If you're looking for something affordable that does the job, then Cabinets Plus is a fine option. However, for any future jobs I'll likely shop around and check out a few different companies first.

We are so happy with the quality and price of the build-ins, build-outs and closets completed by Guy's team back in April of 2021. It has allowed us to store so much more in our home, and prevented us from spending thousands on furniture for our home offices, children's desks and living room. Highly recommending this place, and checking out their show room to get an idea of the products available.
